Situated in a house with a garden in Capelle aan den IJssel; very near the Erasmus University, HES International and the city centre of Rotterdam. The house is located at a quiet, safe and verdant setting. The bus stops just around the corner that will bring you to the nearest metrostation. Otherwise, walk to the metrostation on foot within 8 minutes or go by bike in 3 minutes. The public transport in this area is excellent! The Erasmus University and HES International in 3 minutes by metro or in 10 minutes by bike. The train stations, Blaak and Alexander, both in 8 minutes by metro. The city centre of Rotterdam only in 10 minutes by metro. Rotterdam Central Station in 30 minutes. You will have a cozy room with everything you need to succeed in an international and dynamic environment. Please note that you will live with the landlady and her child. If desired, it is possible to make agreements about having dinner together. It is expected that you will keep the common areas and your room tidy and clean. Smoking is not allowed.
